Kelsey Bond redefines the real estate experience—delivering a level of service that is as seamless as it is sophisticated. As a Dallas-based Realtor with Compass and a key member of the Tracy Tutor Team, she specializes in sports and entertainment properties, farm and ranch estates, and luxury relocations. Her approach is hands-on, high-touch, and highly personal.

Before real estate, Kelsey balanced a career in medical device sales while representing her home team as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader—an experience that reflects her discipline, professionalism, and ability to thrive under pressure. That same drive has carried into her real estate career, earning her recognition as D Magazine’s Best Real Estate Agent (2020–2024), a Top Producer, an East Dallas Top Realtor, and a Dallas Real Producer from 2021 through 2024.

Known for her relationship-driven style, Kelsey combines deep market expertise with a white-glove approach that removes stress and elevates the client experience. Her knowledge spans Dallas’ most sought-after neighborhoods—including Midway Hollow, Bluffview, Devonshire, Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Lakewood, East Dallas, and Uptown—while her bicoastal team offers a unique advantage to clients relocating between Dallas and Los Angeles.

Beyond real estate, Kelsey is passionate about giving back. She is a volunteer and committee member for The Trains at NorthPark, and the founder of the Nala and Friends Foundation, created in honor of her rescue pup, to support service and emotional support dogs for those in need. She also dedicates time to volunteering at children’s hospitals and community fundraising events.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on her son at his sports games, and staying active in the Dallas community she loves. She finds inspiration in wellness, new experiences, and the relationships she builds along the way.
