I would highly recommend working with Kelsey on the purchase of your next place. As a first time home buyer, we looked at several properties together and she pointed out structural things I should be aware of and educated me on HOA's. When it came time to make an offer, she guided me through the process. She negotiated things that I didn't think about (HVAC, window locks, etc) and I am so happy that she did! The whole entire time, I felt that she was looking out for my best interest. If I had any questions at all, she was very responsive... morning and night. Although I am planning on staying in my new home for a while, I can't wait to work with Kelsey again.
